In 1999, CSA designed a 36,000 sf (3-story) classroom and office addition to be attached to Malone’s Timken Science Building (2-story). Mitchell Hall was one of Malone’s premier buildings where our office introduced a curved-plan design to a typical regiment of rectangular campus buildings. CSA also moved from the normal campus all- brick exteriors by introducing a combination of brick and curtain wall glazing systems consisting of reflective and mirror glass.

Regula Hall is a 3-story addition to Mitchell Hall that consists of 38,000 sf of nursing and science labs, classrooms and faculty offices. A Café was included in the planning for the first floor Lobby area. The same exterior materials and curved-plan design was extended to the new building expansion.
