A 75,000 sf printing company was purchased to accommodate the needs of this growing transportation company. The large volumes of space at this “high bay” manufacturing building were sculptured with ceiling configurations and shapes to accentuate these tall building spaces. Several jumbo-tron monitors were mounted around the Logistics area in an effort to monitor locations of all KAG’s vehicles around the country based on their present location. This building project consisted of a total interior “gut” of existing construction with a complete new interior build-out program providing a bold palette of interior finishes and colors.
We are currently working with the planning team for the 2008 Project on a proposed expansion that will double the size of their current facility.
