The original Cafeteria and Dining Rooms were converted to a new “open-concept” Food Court with all new finishes. An approximate 15,000 sf area was transformed into the new dining concept along with back-of-the-house support services. Clouds were introduced throughout the large volume utilized for the original design, to add a sculptural effect with a broad range of colors to highlight this active space.
A smaller, casual dining space on the Lower Level “Froggies” was also transformed with new colors and shapes to develop an alternative, fast-food service option.
