In 2001, CSA developed a master plan for a small medical office building campus. The seven medical buildings located on this site surrounding a historic Barberton lake, ranged in size from 5,000 sf to 11,000 sf. Some buildings were occupied by single-users but most were comprised of multiple tenants. This office park maintained the same exterior materials and shapes to provide a homogenous look throughout the complex. Several years after this project was completed, a two-story Retail/Office building was constructed to mimic design elements form one of OC Barber’s historic buildings located nearby. Eventually, additional land was purchased to expand the original office campus plan to promote additional structures.
